I will only start after receiving payment (half or full) upfront.

I only accept half upfront then other half before final product or full payments upfront.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

I do not accept deadlines, if I do/will exceed beyond the time frame mentioned, I shall inform the customer.

I will only offer refunds If and ONLY if I cannot finish the artwork or the waiting time exceeds 3 months.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, credits will be very appreciated.

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (XoreZart's) consent.

You may NOT remove the watermark on the signed version of the artwork.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

Full license to use the commission commercially and ownership will be given to you.

You will still receive the same 3 files and can use them however you like, when posting in social media credits will be very much appreciated but isn't required.

One-time payment license fee only unless a contract is agreed upon in which case this does not apply.

I am currently studying in college hence I have other things in my schedule and it is constantly changing, so all artworks will be done and sent in a minimum of a week to maximum of two weeks.

I don't take rushed requests or deadlines, all commissioned works will be sent within the time frame mentioned above starting the day I've accepted the request.

I will ONLY start the commission when I receive half or full payment on my Paypal account, which then I will inform the customer.

I will send an invoice in Paypal for the payment.

I will send you low size and res WIP previews as I do the commission for us to discuss.

I will only accept alterations during the sketching phase, once I start the line art (I will inform you when I do), further changes WILL NOT be made.

Final piece in full resolution will only be sent once full payment is made.

I can say no and deny any request I want.

If I am not and will not be able to finish a commission, I will make sure the client knows immediately.

The information here ARE NOT APPLICABLE for commercial use, and the artworks are ONLY for the personal use of the client. Commercial works can be discussed.

I will send you both a watermarked and non-signed version.

I'll gladly send a transparent version if requested.

All artworks will be sent in a PNG file format through email.
